How to attain pure kind of happiness?



Before knowing how,  you have to know why you want to?and what is true happiness? 

Everybody wants to be happy right, but we find reasons of being happy, Ask yourself when you would be happy?

When we have a good job..
When we have our dream house, our dream car..
And all such things! 

We make our happiness conditional and say i would be happy only if i get this. Is this even happiness? What after you get all this things!?

Let's see happiness.

There is no doubt, that you have not heard of Gautama Buddha, founder of Buddhism, who attained enlightenment at the age of 35, after the struggle of 6 years. Within six years of his life, he suffered a lot, look for various techniques, met hundreds of Gurus but nothing satisfied him and during his meditation under bodhi tree in vajrasana, he got enlightenment and there he found all his answers.

Meditation helped him to know the cause of grief, sorrow, and finally he got liberated and detached from everything and he went on a journey to remove others cause of grief and to spread Buddhism.


MEDITATION- In the most general definition, meditation is a way of taking control of the mind so that it becomes peaceful and focused, and the meditator becomes more aware.

Meditation is such a powerful tool  made for us to get liberated from this materialistic world, thoughts, and desires.

We don't know ?what is this world? where we  come from? Do we know our purpose of life?

Everything is made up of atoms and we are atoms, living a miraculous life, where we are evolving every second with the formation of a new atom.


Meditation is both magic or taboo, people who took meditation in their life become so calm, focused, lively and more happy, other who belived as a taboo are still struggling for their happiness.. 


First of all, anyone can do meditation. Let me explain you why you need to do?.

For example - while cleaning our homes we clean each and every corner, likewise our Mind is also a home of many floating thoughts. Don't you think our head it is carrying so many things and it need cleaning too. So, Meditation is the way, that will help you to clean that corner where you can't reach easily.


Meditation makes your life easy and beautiful. It gives you clarity of thought, removes confusions, enhances your skills & ability, make your more calm & focused, bring positivity in your world, your body become light, your surrounding become soothing and most importantly you become aware.

So if you truly want to be happy you just need to meditate and experience it for yourself.

My personal experience- I'm very new to meditation, encountered a few months ago. I took as an experiment of 40 day challenge by Amulya Dii (Part of Sensei India) without thinking anything.

You might not believe that, I met my soul and an inner self, who lost somewhere in this world of love-hate, relationships, materialism, and etc.


Meditation cleared all the negative things which every time distracted me. Within 20 days I observed changes in myself

Like, I become more focused, stable with my thoughts, and I am more calm, happy, and joyful. I am still on my journey and discovering myself. 


So, let me tell you a very simple technique of meditation that I learned - 


1. Sit in a comfortable position.

2. Clasp your hands and fold your legs.

3. Put your hands in your laps and close your eyes. 

4. Now just observe your breath, observe the natural flow of your breath. Whenever your thoughts distracts you come back to your breath.


This is simply called breath meditation for anapanasati a Pali word used by Buddha in Buddhist Meditation,

"Sati" means Mindfulness; "ana" refers to inhalation and "apana" the exhalation.


Take it as a 40-Day challenge, and you will find changes in yourself. 

'मानो तो भगवान ना मानो तो पत्थर।'
